Although the delete utility only allows searching transactions by date or reference number range, you can easily filter the returned data in a variety of ways after retrieving the transactions by clicking on the column header(s) and then removing the rows from the grid prior to deleting. Follow these steps to do this:

1. Select the date or reference number range to get the transactions you want to delete. Click the Retrieve Transactions button.

2. Once the transactions are in the grid, click the column header that contains the data you want to filter. All the data will be sorting ASC (1 click) or DESC (click again). You can then select any many rows as you like with the mouse and then click the Delete Rows button. This will remove the rows from the grid, not from QB. When you are satisfied you have only the transactions you want to delete in your QB file, click the Delete Txns button to remove them from your QB file.
