The free trial of Transaction Pro Exporter can be used with any company file.  You will be able to see all the data within the grid within the product.  However, during the free trial you can only save the first five lines to a file.

If you want to use the product with the QuickBooks sample company files there are no limits as to the number of rows that can be saved.

My project is to Export from one messy QBDT file to Import into a New QBDT with only transactions from the current mid-year.  Trying to decide between Jan 1 or Aug 1 Start Date.

  • Change all Inventory & Assembly Items to Non-Inventory Parts
  • Clean up some Accounts in COA
  • Import Open AR & AP
  • Possibly import Invoices with the Item/Desc info (not sure if this would work before or after changing item type)
  • Possibly Import Bank/CC Transactions YTD
What is the recommended best order to import each file?
