Importing Autotask data - QBOE - Intuit App Center

   With Transaction Pro Importer for Intuit App Center you can easily import your AutoTask export data into QuickBooks Online.

If you sell both products and services you may need to manipulate the Autotask export file pre-import so you can import both of these types of transactions in the same import. A sample of an excel file with these changes (@IF functions) can be downloaded from this link: http://www.baystateconsulting.com/forum/uploads/1/Export_Wizard_with_at_if_formulas.zip

Next launch the Transaction Pro Importer for Intuit App Center by clicking on the blue Intuit dot on the upper right within QuickBooks Online and choosing the application.

Upload your file and choose Invoices for the import type.
When the mapping screen appears, map your fields like shown below.

Important Note: If you sell both products and services change the mapping for the following fields:
LineQty = Quantity
LineUnitPrice = Price
Quantity and Price come from the two new calculated columns created in the Excel file above.
